In new bill being signed tomorrow- all civil and criminal times are hold: meaning the courts have more time. For Example: you can file an eviction notice but this bill gives the courts more time, they could stay the action.
Weddings and funerals are not prohibited.
Please maintain 6 feet of social distancing.

It is possible students may not get back to school this academic year- but we’re not to that point yet.
We cannot just forgive back rent- landlords could have mortgages too. But courts can weigh the circumstances.
